Note: This Special Council meeting will be held electronically in accordance with section 238 of the Municipal Act, which provides for Electronic Participation where an emergency has been declared to exist in all or part of the municipality under section 4 or 7.01 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, and the Town’s Procedural By-law. Members of the public may observe the proceedings by accessing the live webcast at our YouTube Channel.

 

Due to COVID-19 and recommendations by Niagara Region Public Health to exercise social distancing, public participation in the open session portions of this electronic meeting may occur through video conferencing or telephone participation. The public are invited to submit delegation requests and/or written comments related to items on the agenda to clerks@lincoln.ca  no later than 12 p.m. the Friday prior the meeting. All delegation submissions will be provided to the Mayor and Council prior to the meeting and will form part of the public record.

By-law to establish a joint library between Town of Lincoln and Town of Pelham under Union Public Library Board and repeal all Lincoln Public Library Board by-laws

By-law to adopt an interim control by-law under Section 38 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13, as amended

By-law to authorize the execution of a site plan agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Lincoln, Erka Holdings Inc., together with any and all mortgagees that may be on title at the point of registration of the agreement 

By-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by Council Resolution
